We don't offer reservations.

Oh yes - we have plenty of options for you to choose from. Also all dishes can be made vegan or gluten free easily.

Do you offer take-away?

Yes - all dishes are perfect for take-away. Pro-tip is to pre-order in advance and pick-it up in store

Where can I pick up my order?

We have separate pick-up shelves in store where you can simply take your order. No wait or help required.

Do I need to pay in store?

No - you pay your dish online in advance so that you can save even more time.

Can I pre-order and eat in store?

Yes of course. Simply choose the option to dine in during your check-out

Do you offer re-usable bowls?

Yes - you can purchase and use our beautiful re-usable bowls to avoid uneccessary waste.

What if something is missing?

Where do you deliver?

We cover most postcodes around our stores in Berlin, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Düsseldorf and surrounding area, Stuttgart, Köln und Nürnberg. Best to test yours.

How long does it take?

Our average delivery time is around 45min.

What if something is missing?

What occasions do you cater?

Team lunches, workshops, meetings, customer events, parties und celebrations.

How can I order your delicious catering?

The easiest way is to place the order in our online catering shop. Alternatively, you can send us an email with all essential information to anfrage@beetsandroots.de or call us at +49 30 403666290.

By when should I place my order?

Orders for catering can be placed latest by 4 p.m. the day before your event.

What is your delivery area?

We deliver throughout the urban areas of Berlin, Stuttgart and surrounding area, Düsseldorf and surrounding area, Cologne and surrounding area, Frankfurt and surrounding area and Hamburg.

What do I do if I want to change or cancel my order?

You can easily cancel your order up to 24h before. To do so, please send us an email to anfrage@beetsandroots.de. We cannot guarantee that changes will be made at short notice, but we always try to make sure that everything is taken care of. If it has to be done quickly, a short call at +49 30 403666290 is the best way!

What delivery time should I specify?

Please always tell us the time when you would like to eat. In our route planning we consider size and complexity of the catering. Based on this, we reserve the right to deliver the catering up to 90 minutes before the start of the meal.

When will you collect the equipment?

As the standard procedure, we collect the equipment on the next working day between 09:00 and 17:00. If you require same-day pickup, you can select this option directly in the catering shop. Please note that same-day pickups will incur an additional charge of €10.

When can I expect to receive my invoice?

You will receive the invoice via email automatically on the next working day following the catering delivery.
